A3 8p 2005 seat swap non heated to heated

Hi all,

I have been looking on the forum and trying to get a firm answer.
I have a 2005 sportback with half leathers (sline) they are non heated.
Could i just buy a heated set with the heater controls and they will plug and play or do I need something else.
I have read you ca get a kufatec adapter is that due to my car not having the heater plug for the seats.
Any help would be appreciated

Funny that as I have heated sportback set of seats that I will be selling from next week.
