A3 8P VCDS Questions

Hi All,

I have access to VCDS for one evening only on my A3 8p and I have a couple of questions! I have already set the DRLs to dim when indicating and I have enabled tear drop wiping of the rear screen, but want to also know the following:

1) Can I set it up so that if I get LED side lights and DRLs in the future the bulb out warning won't come up on the dash? Mine has the bi-xenons with separate DRLs. Is it something to do with cold test? Do I uncheck it for park lights?

2) Do I have to add a wire to get the coming home lights to work? I've checked the box but they're not working.

i don't know if you ever got an answer to your post but you can get can bus error free led's for your drl's and side lights best to get in contact with em - tuning ( site sponors ) and sent them a message and trups will hell you out mate as he did with mine
