A3 8V VCDS / VAG-COM Easy mods

Beginner to VCDS / VAG-COM looking for some info:
I would like to get some mods done on my S-Line A3 8V 2013

Mods I am looking at are:
Turning on the DRLs when I lock / unlock the car (for a short duration)
Enable Video in Motion
They sound like quite simple mods to me ??

And any other recommended simple mods will be appreciated.

How much would it cost to get these simple mods done? I have no idea
Also where will I need to go to get these mods done? (I'm in Carmarthenshire Area (Wales))

Turning on the DRLs when I lock / unlock the car (for a short duration)

Coming Home / Leaving Home lights, which to work automatically need a rain, light and humidity sensor, an auto slight switch and a little VCDS coding. Bonus in doing this is that you also get auto wipers, problem is though a sensor is £192+vat from Audi and Switch is approx £99+vat. Parts can be found on eBay for between £85 and £100 in total.

Manual mode CH/LH lights are possible to code with VCDS. Lights will come on when the car is unlocked but to have them come on for "coming home" mode you will need to flash your full beams once before getting out of the car and locking.

Enable Video in Motion = Cannot be done via VCDS. In order to activate this you will need to find someone with Vag Can Professional + VIM module (all MMIs) or ODBeleven (TechPack only).

Am based in North London myself but have had a few people from Wales and other far away places visit me recently, more than welcome to pop over if you cannot find anyone near by with the above software.
