A3 speaker upgrade

New to the forum and to Audi!
I recently got a 2022 A3 (I think that's what all are calling the 8Y version) with the 10 speaker sound system. The sound is 'ok' IMO and think it could be alot better fidelity with a couple key speaker upgrades. Problem is that I have never dealt with a system with this many speakers! First, I am wondering where all 10 speakers are
3 on the dash
2 in the pillars
2 in the front doors
2 in the rear doors
sub on the back deck?

I think changing the front door and pillar tweeters out for a quality set would make a big improvement. That and maybe get a proper subwoofer (separate enclosure).

If anyone has any thoughts or experience upgrading this speaker set I would love to hear it!

Though it was 1 in the dash (middle) and 4 on the rear doors? Eg...midrange and tweeter. The rest I think are correct. Wait till you count the speakers in B&O, 15 of them! The sub might actually be inside the trim possibly left back as someone else mentioned and not in the spare wheel area.
