A3 swap

So ive got an audi a3 07 non turbo version. Im planning to swap it to the turbo version. Any idea on difficulty ? Will i need a ecu and a new transmission too?

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Cheaper to change the car to a turbo version.
But if you are keen and can do it yourself you’ll need to change the whole engine, ecu some wiring looms, exhaust and quite a few other parts.
You’ll probably be crucified by your insurance company as well.
