A4 Avant B8.5 rear lights halogen to LED

Hi All,

My first post on here.
I've an A4 B8.5 Avant with standard rear halogen light clusters.
I would very much like to change these for LED ones.
> Looking through some of the links it seems I must buy an adaptor to connect existing wiring plug to the new LED cluster socket , having looked on Evilbay there are a few options.
> Has anyone carried this out as it looks fairly straight forward in as much plug and play then get re-coded.
> If I am right what's the approx. cost for re-coding ??

Re: coding there are a few forum members with access to VCDS who might be able to do it for you for few beer tokens . Or you can talk to forum sponsors like DJAlix (www.vagcarcoding.com) and Ash187 (audi-retrofits.co.uk) who offer professional services and will do a top job for you.
