..what is it? I'm weighing up my options for suspension and wheels to get the right stance......

Ive fitted and run Eibach springs and koni dampers have also run bilstein dampers but they tend to be a little firm for everyday use depending on your preference ,
wheel wise i always run 18s althou my brother in law runs 19s but wishes everyday use he had stuck with 18s
18s are 18x8 et35 - tyres 225 or 235 40 18
19s are 19x8 et40 -tyres 235 35 19
