A4 cabriolet alarm

Hi
have replied to few post so thought ask question on here.
I have a 05 1.8t sport cab and when I close car up and lock up on key the alarm goes off after about 30 seconds andit takes avfew goes of locking and unlocking to set properly. However if park up and leave door open for a bit then close up it sets ok. Also if leave window open can't close on remote like on my other halfs tt.
Any clues would be most helpful as cant get to garage for a bit to get diagnostic on it

Cabriolets windows don't close off key fob but you can recode the Ecu so it dose but you won't be able to open your windows from the drivers door lock as for your first problem I don't no
