A4 value for money help

Looking at a a4 tdi s line 170 09 reg but has got 100000 on clock and the price is 10 grand any thoughts on this and problems it might be due to have it's got fsh ect

If you can arrange a test drive make sure you go over bumpy road as you might experience lots of rattles and squeaks inside that might take you off.
