Hi,

anybody have any experience with recommended spacer sizes for the front and back on RS4 type 20" wheels, looking for the flush set up. Obviously I could measure the gap between the arch and rubber in the vertical plain, but haven't received the car yet! Any pointers about what sizes people have used before would be greatly appreciated.:beerchug:

I have 25mm and 20mm for rotor 19's, but like you I don't have the car yet to comment on what they look like (it's not being built until Monday).

I think given the tyres are wider on the 20's, and the wheels have a different offset you may be looking at 5mm front, 10mm back at most.

Wheel sizes that are most common include:
8,5 X 19" ET 32 255\35R19
9 x 19" ET 33 255\35R19
9 X 20" ET 29 265\30R20
9 X 20" ET 26 275\35R20 (RS rotors)

Thanks for that info. From the above then, in theory on what you are running, the difference in offset being 4mm, tyre width increase of 5mm (half of 10mm) totalling 9mm flusher to the arch. I may then be able to run 10mm front and 15mm back based on the difference between the 9mm and your current spacers.

Good news, however, I will be picking the car up on Wednesday 30th April (not bad for build week 15). I can then at least double check before ordering and save any hassle.
