A6 BiTdi TBA and kickdown alignment

Hello everyone.. I was wondering if someone could help me on how to do the throttle body alignment and kickdown alignment via VCDS on my 2012. BiTdi

My gas pedal is feeling a little sloppy lately, so I wanted to give it a shot.

Also do i have to do the adaptation in both, ECM and TCM?
