A6 dash scuff repair

Any ideas of how I can repair this? Having difficulty getting someone in Northern Ireland to sort it.

I can't think of any way of repairing interior trim that has cuts or gauges in it. Almost all interior plastics are texturised, so it's not like you can wet sand it, fill it and respray that area. I'd like to know if someone does know a way.

I had a mark like that repaired by the dealer from where they had the trade plates on the dash so it is possible. I just don’t know how.
