I hope you kept the original wheels for winter "wubba"?Seen this thread some time ago but never posted, so here is my C7 allroad. Was totally stock and all sorts done to it since I bought it end of 2019.
New wheels, yellow calipers, replaced roof rails with OEM black ones, wrapped silver allroad trims, changed grille to honeycomb, tinted windows, wrapped interior trim, upgraded to 8" android touch screen (mainly for Google maps), reverse camera, dynamic wing mirror indicators, replaced standard spoiler for S-line one, stage one 'eco' map to bring from 272bhp to 305bhp, 600nm to 645nm. Will be picking up some fully electric seats to replace my crappy flat seats in the coming weeks.
I love the air suspension on these things. Suits my driving styles and rec pursuits.
Afraid not. I did think that but they were 18"s and I'm looking for 17"s as a permanent, off road set up.I hope you kept the original wheels for winter "wubba"?
Careful with the brakes - not sure what size the Allroads have, but the C7 "TFSI" (V6 s'charged) has brakes that are closer to the S6 than the TDI's, so the smallest wheels that would fit are the 18's. I know because somebody offered me a set of 17's off an entry-level TDI S-Line that I was going to use for my winter wheels, but they scarcely cleared the disks, let alone the calipers! Real shame as 45 profile just isn't a lot for those winter potholes (I've shredded two new tyres over the last few years).Afraid not. Yeah I've got 345mm discs on my 3 0 - C7 TDI.. I was thinking about getting a single, cheap 17". 5x112 audi wheel and test fitting it.Careful with the brakes - not sure what size the Allroads have, but the C7 "TFSI" (V6 s'charged) has brakes that are closer to the S6 than the TDI's, so the smallest wheels that would fit are the 18's.
