A7 50tdi winter tyre size

Looking for a favour re winter tyres sizes. Does anyone have a 50tdi who could look at the tyre information plate to see what size it say for M+S tyres on a 19” rim please? Thanks!

I haven’t got the car yet- which is why I can’t check the it! I am thinking it is likely 245/45 r19.

I have wheels I use for winter which takes that tyre and am just trying to second guess if they will work or am going to have to start from scratch.

I won’t be getting tyres until the car has been delivered but am looking to get a feel for what the requirements are.
