Admin help please unable to join user group

Hi Admin
Under a thread started by Sandra "Car badges Now Available" it states there is an option under the avatar to Join user group. I still don't have this option available can you please.
My option still look like Brennan TDi's do in post 10.
I am using a PC

I know why Spartan was having a problem but I can't why you would. What can't you do?
