Advice on the 1.9 TDI bkc

Hello all

I was wondering is anyone can give me some info on the above engine I'm a total newbie to diesels , I have got my eye on a 2006 Audi A3 with 80k on the clock info : 10SERVICE ENTRIES/9STAMPS), RECORDED SERVICES DONE AT 17719. 32423, 45217, 45247-CAMBELT CHANGE, 58150, 64084, 69335, 76147, 76782

From what I can gather the bxe egine is the one to avoid the dealer has told me this vehicle is the BKC engine what's your thoughts

Hello fella thanks for your replay yes I have Seen that the BXE has some bad reviews the dealer is saying mine is the BKC have you any knowledge in the BKC

Someone said , IIRC , the BKC block was made in Germany and the BXE block elsewhere at half the cost .

So I'm getting the feeling that the BKC is the more reliable one than the others
