Ok so posted a while back that my car was hitting limp and displaying an EGR fault even tho it had apparently been mapped out.
ok so bought a new EGR valve and what do you know I'm still getting limp mode....

Any suggestions. It is not currently blanked off but there is a restrictor gasket in place.
At the end of my tether now tbh

OK..back to the start. Do yo have the standard new egr fitted? And the mapping is back to the standard? About the limp mode, when does it occur, when you suddenly floor it? The eml will be gone now, right?

The limp mode can kick in at any time. Normally between 1900-2500 revs
The egr valve was replaced because of the limp mode.
It is still mapped for performance and should have the egr delete also.

I am no too sure a faulty egr can cause a limp mode, because my egr was faulty and only the eml showed up now and then. The limp mode is due to faulty boost either by dpf blocked, turbo or vacuum. My car also hits limp mode but I am sure the dpf is the culprit. What code show with diagnostics?

Is it 12592 p3130 or P0299? Is the DPF removed? Can you remove the map?
