aftermarket sterio/ariel connection help

fitting an aftermarket sterio to my 2001 S3. everything is working fine but im confused on the ariel adaptor fitting? the kit i got came with this



and i have 2 connections for my ariel in the car which are the cable hanging the lowest.



how does this go together.

You have 2 aerials on the car, you just need to use the ISO one, the black one. Plug the black connector onto the end of the adapter and the other end into the new HU and then most important connect the blue flying lead to the power antenna connection on the new HU

power antenna on new hu. what colour wire is that then? would this just be a switch positive ? cheers

Blue with white stripe, labelled power antenna. Yes it is just a switched positive, so you can use remote on as well
