Alloy upgrade / advice

Hi all,

I'm toying with the idea to go up to the 19" V-Spoke RS style wheels from the 18" S-Line's on my B9 Avant.
Just browsing around I see there are 2 variants of the 19": 8.5 and 9?
What is the difference and which one do I need for the B9?

Also, do I need to consider offset? Or is it plug and play?

I'm not quite ready to buy right now, but if anyone has any for sale or better still swap, I may be interested soon.

PS: I Love the look of the RS V-Spokes but not limited to only them, any other styles welcome.

Do as you wish but if that was me I’d probably leave them alone for 2 reasons

I’ve got the 19” 5arm rotor alloys on my B9 and can make the following comments.

1- the ride you will almost certainly find harder due to slicker tyres

2- cost of tyres, they are not the cheapest and I personally don’t get get good wear out of them somewhere between 8-10K (might be my driving style though and choice of a Front wheel drive diesel S tronic)
