Had his on a Z4 the wife had previously but never any of our Audi’s.
The surface is still smooth to the touch and the clouding / ghosting is under the surface.
Not caused by kerbing at all.
Car is 2 years old and still under warranty.
But before I take it to dealership, was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if it’s a known defect? F3D9C972 D4B3 4E14 92A5 B5006928896919AC1D48 4D21 4561 BBF1 662C10D4A78CBE9B9CE0 8853 4F58 BE6C D8F540949AEABB0047D9 B571 498F B22D 834E93964E2C

The white worm - I remember wife’s Z4 also, had it really bad. Haven’t actually come across this on the Audi’s - hope you get it sorted

Audi will probably say it's down to a stone chip or the likes, I remember Lexus having major problems with Alloy wheels, they had to replace hundreds of them on warranty as the laquer couldn't withstand the salt used on our roads.
Hope you get it sorted.

That’s the thing yeah. I’ll likely look for the wheel to be replaced under warranty like we had with the Z4 back then

Cheers mate. I’d argue against them on that front as the surface hasn’t been broken, still smooth as new.
