Ami not working

Hello everyone

I have a ami unit in my glove box and i brought a tune2air bluethooth adaptor and it does not power up the adaptor.

I have removed the ami and checked if it has power going to it and all seems fine.

Anyone had issues like this?

Any help would be great

Silly question time...Is the Tune2Air working ? Is the ignition on ? Are you putting it in Media to connect ?

Which tune2air are you using
If it’s the 1000 then the lead connecting it has to be the corrrct one with the blue ring

Its a Bovee Viseeo Tune2Air WMA3000a
My car has no mmi with ami unit in the glove box
Its a audi concert
Ing no engine running
The ami has 12volts going in from the rear

I have sorted out the problem.
There was no power output from the ami unit

I have brought a secondhand unit and it works
