Annoying noise when changing gear

When changing gears 1-2 and 3-4 I’ve started getting this annoying noise. Have a listen here

Any ideas as to what it could be?

Gearshifts also seem a bit more rough and not as smooth lately but don’t know if that’s due to the colder weather.

If you have had a gearbox oil change with non standard oil get it changed for oem oil ASAP.

I thought it may have just been selector linkage or worn bushes or something.

If the problem is there when the engine is cold and goes away when thoroughly warmed up it could point to the oil but only if it is not oem oil. If the problem is there all the time then it is something else.

I may try lubing the cables and linkage below the gear gaitor and see where that gets me.
