Fixed Another Unable to send pm's and Parts requests

When i try to send pm's or parts requests i get "Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator."

Am i doing something wrong?

When you have 3 posts on the forum you will then be able to use pm system, parts request. Classifieds.
