My RS3 went in for the first service yetserday, Audi UK paid 
some sort of calming tactic for not sorting the brakes properly yet.
Anyway encase anyone else may need it, I was advised there was another update that needed applying to mine listed as: Product enhancement software update 39E1 Haldex software update. I gave up waiting for more info on it when the service advisor started to phone people, so dont have any more info I am afraid
