Any opinions on spring wear?

We all know how various things like bushes and dampers wear out but I have wondered what people think concerning springs that have done 100k or so?

I ask as I have the Sport suspenders, needing new shocks really, happy with the ride & quality of it but not the body roll.

Do you think new shocks on their own would make a good improvement or should I be thinking of new springs at the same time??

Upgrade the sway bars, that will keep the ride quality, but reduce body roll.Probably cheaper than buying springs from a dealer too

That happened to my boss's Saab 93 lasat week too, car had only done 15k!
