I've used them (based in Lancashire) for suspension and stuff in the past and they were always very good. In fact I lost an adjustment spanner for my coilovers and venom checked I'd brought from them and just sent me a adjustment kit out (spanners, damper adjuster etc) and charged me a nominal fee- top service.
