Anyone had coil pack failures?

2016 1.4TFSI 25,000m. Car was misfiring so checked with OBD Eleven, which showed misfires in all cylinders. Thought it might be a fuel system problem so booked it in to an independent VW/Audi specialist. They replaced all 4 coil packs and plugs. It's perfect now. Anyone else suffered coil pack failures?

Changing all 4 plugs & coils hasn't proved what was the issue imho, so it could of been cracked ceramics on a plug or just 1 coil, ideally they should of nailed down to which, doubt was all 8 items tbh.

My first thought was that not all 4 would fail but my own OBD Eleven was showing missfires in all cylinders in live data
