Anyone in South Birmingham, or Mobile to scan my B5 please??

I have a A4 B5 1.8T sport.

Since removing battery and reconnecting the car will not tick over or rev above 900rpm.
The revs go up and down constant 300-900rpm and will not idle.

Anyone in South Birmingham who can scan my car as its not really driveable as it is.
