Anyone know how to replace the rear C pillar cover on a 4G A7?

Just purchased a 2015 A7, and it looks like I need a new one of these as its got a pretty nasty tear:

Any ideas how to fit? It appears to be pretty well integrated with no obvious place to start remove, but assuming its just a case of pulling the right way?

Most of the A7 trim just pops off.
If you go to your dealer parts department, they will be able to pull up an exact replacement based on your reg number
