As the title my mates put a deposit down on this car, a Daytona grey for sale at Warrington.
Had a couple of previous owners with private plates on.
Wondered if anyone knew anything about it.

Yeah I did earlier but nothing came up!
I figured that was cause it’d had a couple of plate changes

Yeah after Sepang it’s a great choice
Think since I’ve had mine 15 months I’ve only seen about 8 in total.
Now there’s gonna be 2 in the car park at work

Yeah tax and mot expired January so been sitting around somewhere for a few months.

Have you asked yourself why? It might have been in a bodyshop being repaired...

I haven’t seen the car and thought I’d see if anyone knew anything on it.

The fact it hasn't been on the road for at least 5 months would make me be looking elsewhere.

There was several issues with the car so awaiting his refund of deposit.

oooft not good, im still looking for one and this just backs up the lack of trust i have for wee independent garages.

There not all bad, I got mine from an independent and was a good experience. No issues with the car at all.

I’d just go with the reviews, these guys had hundreds and some amazing cars in the showroom

aye im still trying to figure out the good ones basically using the method you describe. reviews and other stock. Was looking at a daytona grey PFL with all the options im looking for last week from kingsbury in birmingham, reviews were crap so stayed well clear.
