Anyone knows how to connect AFC Select ona B5?

Bought this item last few months ago but still can't figure out how is the wiring go about. I just supercharged my B5 and I suppose that I need a piggy back for it. Tried with the wiring diagram came with the box but it is too general. Wonder anyone here had tried before with the AFC Select with their B5?

I got stuck with the Airflow Sensor connection between the AFC and the ECU coz I don't know what type of airflow sensor that B5 is using (Hot Wire? Flap? Pressure? or Karmen?) Appreciate if anyone could provide me some help! Thanks!

My B5 is a 1.8 NA
