Apple Car Key

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if it is going to be possible to use Apple Car Key with Audi A5 (2nd generation, 2017)?
iOS 13.6 adds support for digital car keys and I've been wondering if there was any communication from Audi yet.

I’ve heard it’s not backwards compatible so only new cars such as the new BMW 5 series and others will have it.

The tech would need to be in the car on the first place so it won't work. Only heard of BMWs working at the moment.
