ARB Bushes

Hey Guys,

Today i tried to keep busy with a few bits i bout within the week. My aim has been to bring my car back up to a good standard and on the menu was ARB D Bushes and Tie rod ends.

Managed to easily get the arb bushes sorted out and now my car feels epic and feels tighter upfront...
but the tie rod ends were a real pita and looked fused together and nearly rounded the thing off. so i left that and went on my day like nothing happened.

Is there any hints or tips of getting these rie rod ends off??
they look like they haven't been changed since 1999

mine came off easy so soory no help

Could always cut the nut off if your fitting new ones

Mine were really seized on, I got a man with oxy acetylene torch to heat it up and loosen them for me,
The new ones I put on were given a lick of copper grease to avoid future issues

as above blowtorch and elbo grease.....

Thanks guys, managed to eat some extra wheatbix and blowtorched the living daylights out of it. A few rude words were exchhanged between me and the tie rod ends and off it came!

My local friendly mechanic conveniently was out of gas so tried a few garages till i got fed up and went to buy my own for home use!
