Are B8.5 front wings a direct fit on the B8?

As above are B8.5 and B8 wings the same? Or are they a slightly different shape and require the B8.5 headlights and front bumper to fit the B8?

Very much a facelift and different, there are a few people who have carried out a facelift swap retrofit in which you will require hood, lights plus headlamp carriers, wings, bumper plus fixings. Not entirely a cheap swap.

Sorry to bump this thread again. I’m not looking to do the facelift conversion I’m just on the look out for some front wings ideally in Ibis white and would prefer to buy B8.5 wings so they would have the holes for the stone protection trims. That’s if they fit the B8 bumper with no issues? Looking at the fitment holes they are very similar? I know most do the full conversion so all parts are needed but I’m just doing the wings.

as the headlights are different on the B8.5 I don't think B8.5 wings will fit on a car with B8 headlights. I have my b8 in the car park here at work and a B8.5. looking at the area around the indicator area look ever so different. I could be wrong but I do not think they will fit.

No won't fit unless doing full conversion will need b8 wings.

Had a spare b8 wing in shed but got bent so got thrown out Off my old b8 sline.

The stone protectors can be fit to the B8 wings easily enough. Did them on mine

Slight thread resurrection I’ve had new wings and stone protectors fitted under the Audi paint warranty after I posted this original thread.
