They may be made by Brembo, but they aren't the traditional Brembo 4 pots.

No there not, they are made by ATE germany, owned by Continental, the 3.2 quattro have the same brakes except for an asthetic difference, same discs, caliper styles, pads etc, so he has got wrong.
