ASN members only track session @ADI(limited spaces)

OK, just starting a thread to gauge interest on this, plus I'm waiting for confirmation of how it all works and what time slot is available before I can go ahead with it.

I have only 12 spaces available per slot, and it requires a minimum of 9 members for it to go ahead. Payment has to be made in advance, and it includes the entrance fee(for one person) to get into CastleCoombe on the day, so represents good value!

It's £35 per car(this includes the entrance fee), and you can book further sessions on the day for £45.

OK, finally got round to calling them instead, since email is more like snail mail, and I need to get the ball rolling.

It appears that I have to take full payment off all participants and pay autometrix up front for us all to get the discounted track session! I also need to forward your full names and addresses for them to send out the entry passes/track passes.

I have approx. 2 weeks to get all payments together and pay autometrix off in one lump to confirm the session, then it is on the day we or they agree a slot for us.

I'm stuck at work atm, and it's mega busy, so will follow this up on Sunday ok.

Just a quick update on this, I've been informed that the time slot for this will be given to us on the day, but if we can all agree a session time slot on the day, they will do their best to cater for us.

Everyone taking part in this will require to wear a helmet, I suggest you bring your own or there are further charges to rent one, please don't forget your driving licences also, and we need to be there early to sign our lives away after we've had our induction thing where we are told about the rules and flag regs etc. You are also allowed to take a passenger shotgun aswell, who will need a helmet, and I think they need to pay a £10 charge to be a passenger also?

How do I keep missing these spare slots that come up? I REALLY want to do a session, last action day I did 6 sessions, but I simply refuse to spend £45 for a COmbe track session after spending £10 on the gate!

If another space comes up I will absolutely definitely take it, I didn't even know this thread existed or I'd have checked it every single day

Reserve list, if anyone drops out from the main list, then the next guy on the reserve list goes on, with the top guy as priority.

If I can conjure up 12 names on the reserve list and get payments within the next 7 days(17th Sept), then I will arrange for a 2nd ASN track session! It really is good value @£35 including entry fee, as if you decide to track it on the day, it will be £10 at the door to get in, and £45 per session!!

I believe 9 will suffice as an ASN track session, with the other 3 places taken up by traders, I will need to double check though Nick. Just got to make sure I'm not in the same session as yourself, I'd never hear the end of it... lol

If mine can drive 500 miles to the Ring, survive 8 9 minute laps, and then drive 500 miles back without being touched once, I think yours can survive two tame sessions at Combe

Plus, as Jo says, Stace gets her entry paid then, so the second session only costs you £25. Score!
