So I've just gone to the GTI Inters website to buy an advanced ticket but it says sales have ended. Does this mean I can no longer come on the club stand?

I just rang them and spoke to a really helpful lady who has sent me a club stand pass in the post but said I will have to pay for my ticket on the gate.
