Audi A1 Telephone not installed

Hi, I have recently got an Audi A1 14 plate.
Motorpoint advertised the car with Bluetooth, however on the MMI screen it says 'telephone not installed', furthermore the same message comes up on the satnav.
I took it into Manchester Audi and they said they couldn't fix this issue as it only has one SD Card slot...

Software version is RMC_EU_12321

Please HELP.

Depends on what trim of its a SE Bluetooth is a option its standard on sport and Sline

The sat nav is only available with the stereo with 2 SD which also has the GPS sensors & audi music interface ipod & usb socket with special cables
If it had this it could be activated for £500

Bluetooth can be retro fitted if you look for advancedincar or hazydayz
