Hello,
I have little problem with my audi a3 2013 8v 1.6 77kw. 3months ago my turbocharger failed and i needed to replace it, i got brand new from garret the same model and i replaced it. Everything works fine as it was , but i get egr error sometimes. The engine light doesnt light for a while but when i connect it to Delphi ds150e clone it shows me the fault code P0401 and if i didnt remove it, it starts lighting the engine light. I googled for the fault code but i dont know too much about the egr A and egr B and i hope someone will help me. Also i have some photos which i will upload here, it shows the actual egr position and commanded and shows the egr error , i took photo of both egr A and egr B diagrams. On the photos you can see that actual egr A duty is always on 0 and doesnt give any sign and commanded egr A duty is going from 0 to 100 and back to 0 in second, also on the other photo i have diagram of both commanded egr A and egr A error diagram showing opposite results 100 and -100 . On the photo with egr B i used acceleration pedal to show you the results and how it variates depend on the acceleration , and shows no error at all (or 2-3%)
