Also that car has reverse sensors and the other didnt which is a big bonus.
I cant make it out but it looks like a quattro, but cant really see the badge
I prefer the second if I was to buy a car.
I just dont like the alloys, but they can be upgraded at a later date if thats your thing.

The second one doesn't have Factory tinted windows, if on the first one "if" they are factory then chances are that is part of a pack and probably higher spec car, although, the first one may have just had all the chrome bits wrapped, i.e window surrounds, grill and mirror caps but also de badged so most likely owned by a a "lad" but that sometimes isnt as bad as "lady owned from new" i.e might have less dings and a better clutch to start with. you need to go and see these cars and get a feel on the condition and how well they have been cared for. Modified cars however little can put people off but I know that all my modified cars have been treated better than some people treat their kids. and most mods can be undone for very little cash i.e remove Wrap etc.
Mods take many shapes and forms - nothing obvious but impossible to tell from the pic. eg the parking sensor could be factory build or aftermarket (OEM or third party).
The 1st car is a tarted up SE hence black window surrounds, will also have the ugly 4 spoke steering wheel, boggo air con and non sport seats
The 2nd car is a Sport, comes with 3 spoke steering wheel, dual air con and sport seats. Much nicer car IMO

Thank you all for the comments, I decided not to buy the 1st Audi. I'll also contact audi to check for any mods in the 2nd car and I'll probably buy it Saturday
There are no mods in the second audi unless its been mapped and Audi wont be able to tell you this.
You seem very paranoid about mods.
Haha yes I am unfortunately. I'm still a young driver so mods to make a big difference in my insurance such as those wing mirrors which would've increased my insurance by £200 and I received 10 quotes when there's modifications instead of 40 on GoCompare. I'm trying to future proof too

Your second vehicle is not modified, but if the engine has been mapped, no one would be able to tell you this.
If its not advertised and you had a claim you can not be penalised as there is no real way of telling unless you hook it up to a computer from Audi, but I wouldn't go that far.
Your insurance needs to prove you misled them on purpose for them to void your insurance, and this is not the case.

I'm guessing as long as it came out the factory with optional extras such as cruise control, sport seats ect then it's not a mod isn't?
Yes, anything audi put on the car is not considered a modification.
There are some exceptions like Exhaust mods or ABT, but you won't have to concern yourself with that as they are extremely expensive models.

It's been a while but how about this car ? Only the rear parking sensors are done after the factory. The mileage is 39k and for £9790 which I believe is a good price for what it has

looks good. Make sure the heating works and air con works, had issues with mine
The white one got sold the morning I was planning to buy it . Yh totally agree, the first white audi I looked at (black wheels) the air con wouldn't turn on. It's on a 6 month warranty so I'll give it a good drive to test if anything goes faulty
