Audi a3 8v 1.8 tfsi exhaust valves

I have an audi a3 8v 1.8 tfsi and wanted a new exhaust for it, was looking to for the s3 exhaust cause of the looks but my question is do the valves work if i put an s3 exhaust on my a3 or is there any other way i can put valves on.
Also I want my car to be quiet on comfort mode then get louder when i put it in dynamic is that something i can code in or can it not be done

BCS in St.Helens Merseyside do a power boost system which does what you describe but they aint cheap.

Yes they are custom built either catback or full system including a 200 cell cat .
