I have a Clearmounts magnetic phone holder for sale. This is the one that fits neatly in between the two central vents on your A3/S3 8P (2003-2012) and has the adjustable ball/swivel mount. It's not been used, so condition is excellent. It will be supplied with the additional magnets that you can apply to the back of your phone or phones case etc. It looks like the one shown below:
