Audi a3 sportback lowering springs and spacers

Hi all can anyone recommend how much I should lower my audi a3 sportback quattro and also what size spacers to fit without rubbing on archers also best place to purchase would appreciated thanks

I think between 10-12mm on each rear axle should be about right.
