Audi a3 tsi coolant sensor issue help !

Audi a3 2011 sline 1.2 tsi
Engine light came on plugged into scanner says coolant temp sensor no 1 . Ive changed the coolant temp sensir on rhe hesd and rad hose now engine light still on cant clear it temp gsuge on zero rad fan on constant and same only 1 fault code sensor 1

Hard to start in mornings it revs between 3k and 4k by itself ???? Eventually when revs settle to 8100 i can drive off possible broken wire next anybody
