Help Please Audi A4 avant 08

Hi guys

Has any one changed their rear boot gas struts. Mine are slowly providing less lift.
If you did did you go oem or after market.

I've found them excellent, replaced them after my tailgate came down unexpectedly and nearly knocked me out!!!

I contacted them but they said the wouldn’t replace my part number. Went with sgs engineering
