Help Please Audi a4 b8 2.0 tfsi MUCH HELP NEEDED!

Hey audi peeps,
Recently got my hands on a audi a4 b8 2.0tfsi 2008 model, been running into issues ever since. When i first bought it all was well until one day it threw up epc and check emgine light after hitting 4000 rpms, car restricted accleration to 4000rpms till i turned it off. Turned it on again epc and engine lights were gone so tested it again got hit with the epc again without the engine light, so i scanned it withh my OBDII and got fault code for the manifold, apart from this there was an oil leak from the vacuum pump, fixed these 2 issues with a reseal kit for the vacuum pump and a new intake manifold, also cleaned the valves while it was all there and resealed the injectors.

Now here is where it all starts....
Once all that was done went to test it again and low and behold, 4000rpms come and guess what? Epc comes on again. Comes up with manifold code and some others as well which i will attach at the end.
Now i decide to service the car as it was due(only 1000kms over) replaced the sparks which were horrible, airfilter which was horrible looks like someone at audi was charging for a service and not actually servicing it, apart from the seized sump nut, found a nice suprise in the oil, metal shavings, the oil was glittering like the night sky, no huge ones but enough tiny flakes to be noticed. So with this in mind these are the fault codes, hoping with this information someone out there is able to provide some insight to whether the engine at this point is ruined or should i try and tackle the issues?
Also driveability, when it first starts all seems well sometimes into a longer drive 10 mins+ acceleration is sluggish (still happening) and one or twice have tried to accelerate to have the car accelerate like its in neutral then kick in and start going, once it even bunny hopped on me (pre service and repairs hasnt happened yet since)

Hoping for any insight on possible fixes or whether i should just get rid of it at this point, also my next course of action will be to check the transmition fluid for shavings aswell.

Was 2008 too early for the massive f@*4 up that was Audi's crowning glory with the 2.0 tfsi or is it 2009 to 2011 only?
 
This is serious, Need to have the sump off and find out what is wearing, usually crank bearings. Most probably down to lack of oil changes and oil pick up pipe sludged up

Hmm, that was what i was thinking, that will have to be the next step. Thanks
 
Also to note, even tho filling up the oil the mmi indicates oil is low when i check it... oil sensor issue im guessing? Be much easier with a dipstick
