YES thats normal...........but make sure you check tyre pressures,ideally when the tyres are cold/in the morning.

I drove a non S Line version the other day and thought the same! Got in my 2000 Passat estate afterwards, and it felt mega light to drive!

Oh yes thats normal. And I love it. So much better than that speed sensitive electro mechanical fly by wire shyte that they have forced upon the facelift.You know exactly where you are on the road.
