My Audi a5 2.0 tfsi 252 hp from time to time keeps cutting power when i do kickdown from 60 mph and up. It just cuts all power of and i need to release the throttle to make it stop, and after that it runs fine. I have changed ignition coils, sparkplugs all original. Changed Oil, Oil filter and bunch of stuff. It does not do it as much as before, but still does it... can somebody help? 50000 Miles on the clock.
Sorry for my bad english, my native language is danish :)

Welkom!

Do you have an OBD scan tool and app? A good way to check out your gearbox is to see if any fault codes are being stored.

actually i did test it before i changed the ignition coils, it Said something about gearbox failure. After i changed the ignition coils there were no faults..

I see. Does your scan tool read any fault codes now that you've changed your ignition coils and when your car cuts power in S mode?
