Facelift
The car has been fully facelifted to be the 2012-2016 model with no expense spared, and is now visually identical to the facelift model. Even the rear bumper was changed to be exactly as the facelift, though the old one looks very similar.

Things worth noting
The car was in a slight accident many years ago, the previous owner who said but no airbags or mechanical parts were damaged, and drove it for a few years before we got it. The rear passenger quarter panel was hit and needed work. Car was fully repaired, and whilst in the body shop it was facelifted. The car was inspected when we purchased it, and there were no issues with the car, or bodywork with panel gaps etc, it has been faultless for us and we welcome any inspections.

Negatives
The rear tyres are down to 3mm, fronts at 5mm, a couple of thousand miles left in the rears so not worth changing yet. The seat bolsters have slight wear as expected, nothing hideous. Any wheel scuffs and stone chips have had slight touch ups, to keep it nice.
That all, no niggles or wasting everyone’s time viewing, everything has been taken care of on this car.

In conclusion, before I ramble on too much as this advert continues, the car is a nicely spec’d s-line to start, with more spent on it on tasteful modifications than it’s advertised for to bring its looks up to a later model s5 or rs5 and then the styling and wheels to make it look so eye catching. It also has the effortless torque of a v6 diesel along with its economy, around 3mpg real world difference to the 2.0 tdi. This engine is noted for reliability though, with many 3.0 tdis for sale with over 250k miles, one of the reasons we went for this engine. The car has not been remapped or the engine modified, it is quick enough as standard.

The only reason for sale is that we have a baby on the way in may and have bought a q5 3.0 tdi as we like the car but the coupe isn’t the most practical choice. Otherwise, we really would not be selling it as it’s an “awesome car” for the past 3+ years as I have been told to add in to the advert. As a more conscientious seller, the car has recently been fully valeted and polished and waxed for the new owner. The currently lady owner will be gutted to say goodbye to her “batmobile” as she has affectionately named it!

As per the advert the car is located in dundee, scotland. Realise that being in Scotland isn't the closest for many people so happy to pick anyone up from train station up here or drop car down South as we have family in Derbyshire that we're planning to visit soon.
