Interesting video comparing 3 different tunes.
Spec of car:

CAPA engine
Stock 2260VK
Front mount intercooler
DPF delete pipe
Swirl flap delete
DPF & EGR delete



Stock tune with DPF off (pink) 231hp / 486nm
Revo Stage 2 (blue) 317hp / 567nm
BSR (Red) 326hp / 756nm

Can't believe the Revo tune doesn't explore the available torque a lot more. A Revo tuned car and one tuned by yourself would be night and day difference with the area under the curve. Even if it was because they didn't want to stress the transmission I would of thought they would be good to go to 650-700Nm. The peak torque on the Revo is only up 15% over standard.
 
Hi Karl - yes torque was low - as you say peak figures don't mean a lot but the area under curve tells the real story. 80hp more at 3k and now has 300hp from 2.7k onwards.

Do you have such car with a Revo tune? Also, on all Bi TDI's I would recommend a wagner intercooler - they get toasty on the dyno and will show a lower power figure than the road. Assuming temp protection is enabled in the mapping.
